THis means that when I am out in the sun, or even in a room, I am always squinting, &amp; a little dizzy. When I put my hands to the sides of my eyes, like blinders, my eyes relax. It feels so much better. They don't like a sleepig mask though. They prefer my hands over them, or a quilt thrown over my head ( a little uncomfortalbe in the summer) or I wake up with a scowl on my face. I have googled this &amp; it seems I am the only one who has this problem. Would the light/ dark therapy help this?
